The Society's Annual General Meeting was held on Tuesday 19th May 2015 at 7.30pm in All Saints' Church
The AGM was attended by some 30 members and the formal business was concluded under the direction of Chair Mary Thompson with admirable efficiency and alacrity.
Mary Thompson's full Chair's Report can be read here. She concluded:
"Bearing in mind the extensive developments taking place which will change the identity of the village, it is essential that we do not forget the village’s important history and heritage."
The Society's accounts for 2014/15 were accepted nem con.
The Society's Committee for 2015 was elected nem con as follows:

There being no other business the AGM was closed at 8.00 pm
The AGM was followed by a talk by Richard O. Smith entitled :
"Eccentric Oxford: A History of Mischief and Mayhem"
This entertaining talk presented an amusing, but historically accurate look at tales of Oxford’s lesser known eccentric history.
