Pending a decision on any more formal arrangements, the Society is continuing to operate informally with John Talbot as Chair and an ad hoc Committee comprising Julie McDonnell (Secretary), Tracey Talbot (Treasurer), Mary Thompson and Bill Hanks, but without paying members. Any activities (meetings, talks or visits etc) will be organised on a one-off self-funding basis for the time being.

The Society has recently obtained a fascinating collection of early photographic postcards showing Sutton Courtenay Manor. The photographs, which are mainly the work of Percy Simms and the Antona Publishing Company in Chipping Norton and probably date from the late 1930s, show the exterior and some of the main interior features of this very interesting historical building.
