A visit will be held on Wednesday 16th March 2016 to the Soldiers of Oxfordshire Museum in Woodstock.
The main purpose of the visit will be to go on a guided tour of the Exhibition: “Above the Dreaming Spires: Oxfordshire’s Great War Aviation Story.”
Members : Free ; Non-members : £5.00
There will also be the opportunity to visit the Oxfordshire Museum, which is located next door to SOFO and to which admission is free.
Travel and other arrangements:
Depart Sutton Courtenay at 9.30am for the tour of the museum at about 10.30am. We hope to share transport, so please indicate if you are willing to drive or would like a lift. Afterwards you may wish to stay in Woodstock for lunch. The Oxfordshire Museum has a cafe for light refreshments or there are many places to eat in Woodstock.
