Pending a decision on any more formal arrangements, the Society is continuing to operate informally with John Talbot as Chair and an ad hoc Committee comprising Julie McDonnell (Secretary), Tracey Talbot (Treasurer), Mary Thompson and Bill Hanks, but without paying members. Any activities (meetings, talks or visits etc) will be organised on a one-off self-funding basis for the time being.

Sutton Courtenay resident, Helen Kendrick, has recently kindly donated some photographs taken of the Local History Weekend exhibitions in July 2007 which gave rise to the formation of the SuttonCourtenay Local History Society in 2008.
